Returns and exchanges only concern catalogue products, not products that have been personalised.
Only packages returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging will be accepted.
Unless it is an error on our part during the preparation of the order, the return costs will be at your expense.
If you wish to make a return because your item has a defect, you can contact us by email or by phone. We're counting on your photography skills to take pictures of the defect and send them to us! We will then suggest the best possible solution.
Here is the procedure to follow for a return:
Step 1 :
Before making a return or an exchange, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Step 2 :
Please fill in the return form and complete all the details so that we can process your return quickly. Once you have filled in the form, you can put it inside your parcel.
Step 3 :
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If you wish to return your package, you will be responsible for the delivery costs. The parcel must be sent to our premises, to the following address

Step 4 :
When you have sent your return package, remember to keep the tracking number so that we can follow the progress of the return.
Step 5 :
Once we have received and checked your return package, we will send you an email to inform you and we will proceed to refund your order. Once the email is received, the refund amount for your return will be visible in your bank account within 2-7 working days.
