Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges only apply to catalogue products, not to personalised products.

Only parcels returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, are accepted. Unless it's an error on our part, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If your item is faulty, contact us with photos of the fault, and we'll offer you the best solution.

Step 1

Contact us by email at info@sixten-environmental.com before returning anything.

Step 2

Fill in the return form and slip it inside your parcel.

Step 3

You have 14 days from delivery to send your order back, at your own expense, to: Sixten Environmental, 114 rue des Vanniers, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor, France.

Step 4

Keep the tracking number for your return parcel.

Step 5

Once we've received and checked your parcel, we'll email you and process your refund, visible within 2 to 7 working days.
