A unique manufacturing process

At Sixten, we're committed to creating quality products, using durable and high-performance materials.

A Sixten mat is made of a waterproof PVC base, which prevents fluids and hydrocarbons from reaching the ground. An absorbent foam is bonded to this base, able to absorb more than 1.5L per m², as required by the F.I.M.

The foam is inkjet-dyed to print patterns, logos and riders' names. A 95x200 mat weighs 4.5kg and is 6.5mm thick, with a foam composition of 100% polyamide. A 2.5cm PVC border adds the finishing touch.
